At Lark and Berry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original designer box and shipping carton, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
